These terms cover your use of ZFlow, a plugin for Adobe Premiere Pro published by Zeekay Editz. Installing or using ZFlow means you accept them.
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use ZFlow on computers you own or control, for personal or commercial editing work.
Work you produce with ZFlow is entirely yours. We claim no rights over it and ask for no credit in it.
ZFlow bought through the Adobe Creative Cloud Marketplace is sold by Adobe through its payment provider, and Adobe's refund policy applies to that purchase. We will support any refund Adobe approves.
If you bought ZFlow directly from us and it does not work on a supported version of Premiere Pro, write to us within 14 days and we will refund you.
We would much rather fix the problem than take your money back. Tell us what happened first — most reports turn into a fix within days, and you keep the plugin.
ZFlow depends on the scripting interfaces Adobe provides, and Adobe changes those between releases. A future Premiere Pro update may break something until we ship a fix.
We will keep ZFlow working on current Premiere Pro versions for as long as we publish it. We cannot promise that any particular future version of Premiere will be supported, and we cannot fix a problem that lives inside Premiere itself.
ZFlow is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. It has been tested carefully, but we cannot guarantee it is free of defects or that it fits every workflow.
Two habits protect you from anything a plugin can get wrong, and they are worth keeping whatever you use: save your project before a large batch operation, and check the result before you move on.
ZFlow never moves your original keyframes, and its Clear button returns a span to exactly the two keyframes you set.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Zeekay Editz is not liable for indirect or consequential loss — including lost work, lost time or lost revenue — arising from your use of ZFlow. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the plugin.
Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law in your country that cannot be limited by agreement.
You may stop using ZFlow at any time by removing it. If you breach these terms — redistributing it, for example — the licence ends. Deleting the plugin removes everything it stored on your machine.
